We evaluate your slab for cracks, coatings, and overall condition. Not all concrete is a good candidate for polishing. We'll assess the slab and provide options.

Concrete Preparation

We fix cracks, remove existing coatings, and ensure proper cure time for new concrete. This prep work delivers uniform results across the entire surface.

Coarse Grinding

Using diamond grinding tools, we remove the top concrete layer and expose aggregate for an industrial look or keep it smooth for a cream finish. This is when the final appearance starts taking shape.

Densification

We apply a chemical densifier that hardens the concrete from within, making it more resistant and less porous. This critical step significantly extends your floor's lifespan.

Fine Grinding & Polishing

Multiple passes with increasingly fine diamond pads refine the surface to your desired sheen—from matte to high-gloss. Each pass makes the floor smoother and more reflective.

Final Protection
